Inside Sales / Lead GenerationLanghorne, PA

Dyventive, a nationwide audio-visual and staging provider, is seeking an outgoing, personable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior prospecting and lead generation experience contacting "warm" and "cold" sales leads for the purpose of generating interest for follow up by the outside sales team. They will be self-motivated to uncover new contacts based on company and industry targets provided by Dyventive.

Work schedule

Part-time Monday – Friday totaling 15 or more hours per week.

Primary responsibilities

• Make 50+ telephone calls per week to potential clients
• Ability to find and uncover contacts based on specific company and verticals provided
• Set telephone appointments and generate warm leads for our outbound sales team follow up

Description of activities

• Make outbound “warm” and “cold” sales calls
• Provide information about Dyventive’s AV & Staging services to prospective clients
• Generate interest from prospective clients for our outside sales team to follow up on
• Track progress through our CRM software
• Produce sales leads activity reports for review (automated through our system)
• Work directly with our VP of Sales to identify potential areas for new business development

Job Requirements

• 6 months or more lead generation experience in B2B
• Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Ability to work independently

• Position Type: Flexible Monday-Friday
• Compensation: Hourly rate + Bonuses for every qualified lead that turns into an appointment
